Sensei Nation is a 5th degree black belt with 14 years of experience in kenpo karate, modern arnis and kickboxing. He also completed two years of training in tang soo do and competed in the Junior Olympics in the art. During college at Florida State University he was a trapeze artist with the world-renown Flying High Circus. Sensei Nation regularly competes as a triathlete in running, swimming and cycling.
