KID'S SELF DEFENSE
Over 1,500 children and teens have had fun while learning to defend themselves with the Kenpo Karate & Kickboxing Center’s FREE Kid's Self Defense Program.
Lectures and scare tactics don’t work! Studies have shown increased stress in children who have been told about potential danger WITHOUT being taught the physical skills to defend against an attack.
Children and teens ages 4-17 are invited to participate in the program, a FREE Abduction and Molestation Prevention Class that teaches kids to fight back against an attacker. Our classes are divided into three age groups: 4-8 year-olds, 9-11 year-olds and 12-17 year-old girls. Content is kept age-appropriate with lots of one-on-one time for each and every participant.
