Lectures and scare tactics don't work! Studies have shown increased stress in children who have been told about potential attacks WITHOUT being taught the physical skills to deal with an attack.
Kid Defense classes are divided into three age groups: 4-8 year olds, 9-11 year olds, and 12-17 year old girls. Class content is kept age appropriate, with lots of hands-on time for each and every student.
