Kickboxing is a fast-paced, exciting
class that combines the three major kickboxing
styles;
American, International (or European), and Muay Thai. Learn
how to strike and kick on hand and kick pads, then put your skills
to work on 270lb heavy bags!
We teach the proper form behind every strike
and kick you learn, to prevent the possibility of injury and to provide
you with valid
self defense techniques to use in an emergency.

Each class begins with callisthenic exercises
and stretching to prepare your body for an intense workout that is
guarenteed to get your blood flowing.
We keep the classes challenging and include strength training, circuit
drills, bag sparring, precision exercises, speed drills, and more.
Advanced Kickboxing students can attend Sparring every Friday night
from 6pm-7pm to measure their skills against a live opponent. |
