Modern Arnis is a Filipino martial art in which the student utilizes a stick or knife to defend against an armed attacker. It emphasizes the "flow" of combat and seeks to impart a greater sensitivity through two person drills.

Arnis is offered free to all Adult Kenpo students every Saturday morning from 9am-10am.
