Statistically, the majority of physical confrontations involve one or both combatants fighting from the ground at some point of the altercation. Losing your balance or being knocked down means that you are now involved in a groundfight, which is the last place you want to be. You'd better know how to survive there!

Grappling is the realistic groundfighting system taught by Sensei William Logan, who has over 8 years of experience applying his techniques as a bouncer in the mining bars of Montana. Like all of the instruction at the Kenpo Karate & Kickboxing Center, grappling is structured to teach critical self defense skills.

Kenpo students can attend grappling classes at no additional cost from 11am-Noon every other Saturday.
